ACTRESS AND MOTHER OF TWO CHARGED WITH POSSESSING 15 GRAMS OF COCAINE IN HER
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOME
LAGUNA NIGUEL – Actress Tawny Kitaen Finley, 45, has been charged with possessing 15 grams of cocaine in her San Juan Capistrano home. She faces one count of the possession of a controlled substance and is eligible for three years in prison if convicted. Finley may also be eligible for a drug diversion program, where she will receive drug rehabilitation treatment in lieu of prison time. She is scheduled to be arraigned on December 18, 2006 at Harbor Justice Center, 30143 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel.
On May 21, 2006, police responded to a call at Finley’s apartment, where the defendant was home with her two children. Police found 15 grams of cocaine in a restroom in a bedroom.
