DA Sponsors Outreach Booth at Anaheim Cinco de Mayo Fiestas
ANAHEIM—The Orange County District Attorney’s Government and Community Relations unit will be hosting a booth at the Cinco de Mayo Fiestas on Saturday and Sunday, May 4 and 5 at La Palma Park, which is at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and La Palma Avenue.
District Attorney Tony Rackauckas, staff, and volunteers will be on hand to answer questions from the public and to disseminate bilingual pamphlets and resource booklets. The District Attorney’s Office hosts the booth to educate the Hispanic community about the criminal justice system and the role of prosecutors in their community. The booth will also feature prize drawings, an arts and crafts corner, balloons and informational pamphlets.
The booth will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rackauckas will attend the fiesta on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. He will be joined by Assembly member Lou Correa.
