FORMER FUGITIVE PASTOR SENTENCED TO 90 YEARS IN PRISON FOR MOLESTING FOUR GIRLS AND ONE BOY PARISHIONER IN HIS CHURCH OFFICE AND HOME
SANTA ANA – A former pastor of the Faith in Action Church in Anaheim was sentenced today to 90 years in prison for molesting five young parishioners, four girls and one boy, in his church office and home. Raul Rosas Hernandez, 44, Stanton, pleaded guilty to 22 felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14, three felony counts of forcible lewd acts on a child under 14, four felony counts of lewd acts on a child, one felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse, two felony counts of distributing pornography to a minor, one felony count of rape, one felony count of failure to appear in court on a felony while out on bail, and sentencing enhancement allegations for substantial sexual conduct with a child and committing forcible lewd acts.
