SANTA ANA – A Hispanic criminal street gang member was sentenced today to 30 years to life in state prison for going on a 1-day Orange County crime spree with a co-defendant, victimizing nine people including a Superior Court Judge in Orange County. The Superior Court in Orange County recused themselves from this case to prevent the appearance of a conflict of interest. This case was prosecuted by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office before a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County.
