NEWPORT BEACH – The Orange County District Attorney charged a gynecologist with recently sexually assaulting a teenager. He is also charged with molesting her when she was younger. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail, but there is a bail hearing pending. Lee is scheduled to be in court at 1:30 p.m. in Department H-2, Harbor Justice Center, Newport Beach.
Medical doctor Anthony Lee, 61, of Villa Park, was charged for acts occurring on March 15, 2006: sexual battery by fraud, sexual penetration by means of fraudulent representation, and residential burglary for entering the home with the intent to commit a felony inside.
