SANTA ANA, Calif. – Law enforcement is seeking potential additional victims of four men charged with committing lewd acts on a 13-year-old Orange County girl they met online.

20 years in state prison

Circumstances of the Case

  • On Sept. 13, 2016, detectives from the Huntington Beach Police Department (HBPD) began an investigation into four adult males accused of communicating online with a minor victim, 13-year-old Jane Doe.
  • The defendants, who do not know each other, are accused of utilizing multiple social media platforms under false names to communicate with the victim between 2015 and 2016.
  • Three of the males are accused of traveling to Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley and engaging in sexual activity with Jane Doe.
  • On Jan. 18, 2018, after an extensive investigation, HBPD arrested Williams and Anaraki.
  • On Jan. 21, 2018, HBPD and Sacramento Police Department arrested Palmer.
  • On March 22, 2018, detectives from the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department took Castaldi into custody.
  • On April 16, 2018, HBPD extradited Castaldi back to California.
