SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) and Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) are seeking the public’s help identifying potential additional victims of a professional photographer charged with sexually assaulting a minor girl and possessing child pornography. Christopher Andrew Brown, 42, Orange, is charged with one felony count of possession and control of child pornography, one felony count of sexual penetration by a foreign object of a minor, one felony count of oral copulation of a minor, and one felony count of forcible oral copulation.
