MAN CHARGED WITH THREATENING ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE DURING ARRAIGNMENT AND BATTERY ON PEACE OFFICER
SANTA ANA, Calif. – A man was charged with verbally threatening an Orange County Superior Court (OCSC) judge during the defendant’s arraignment and committing battery on a peace officer for throwing milk on an Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) deputy.

Circumstances of the Case
- On Sept. 12, 2017, while in custody at Orange County Jail, Scott is accused of shouting vulgarities at an OCSD deputy and throwing milk on him.
- On March 6, 2018, the defendant is accused of appearing in custody at OCSC for an arraignment, verbally threatening the presiding judge, and making various threats before deputies removed him from the courtroom.
