SANTA ANA, Calif. – A masked protestor was charged with illegally possessing tear gas outside of a Milo Yiannopoulos speaking event at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).

Circumstances of the Case

  • On Oct. 31, 2017, a large group gathered at CSUF to protest guest speaker Milo Yiannopoulos on campus.
  • Johnson is accused of possessing pepper spray at the protest outside of the venue, which she attended dressed in tactical gear, including a helmet.
  • CSUF Police arrested Johnson during the protest and investigated the case.
