WHO: Eliyahu Reuven Jackson, 20, Sunset Beach
WHAT: Is accused of participating in downtown Huntington Beach disturbance on Main Street that occurred July 28, 2013. Jackson is charged with two felony counts of vandalism causing $400 damage or more, one misdemeanor count each of inciting a riot, refusal to disperse, and assault. The People will be requesting bail be set at $20,000 at his arraignment. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of three years and eight months in state prison.
