WHO: Chase Scott Christman, 19, Simi Valley
WHAT: Is accused of participating in the Huntington Beach downtown disturbance on Main Street that occurred July 28, 2013, after a surfing contest had ended. Christman is charged with one felony count of vandalism, one misdemeanor count of inciting a riot, and one misdemeanor count of refusal to disperse. The People will be requesting bail be set at $20,000 at his arraignment today. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of three years in state prison.
