WHO: Skylar James Deleon, 29, Long Beach
WHAT: Has been convicted by a jury of the special circumstances murder-for-profit of Thomas and Jackie Hawks in Newport Beach. Deleon has also been found guilty of the special circumstances murder for financial gain of John Jarvi. The District Attorney is seeking the death penalty in this case.
WHEN: The penalty phase will begin Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at 9:00 a.m.
