WHO: David Shoutyh Hwang, 35, the husband of a husband-and-wife team from Rancho Santa Margarita, charged with kidnapping with the intent to molest, multiple counts of producing child pornography, and molesting a toddler. A trunk of tapes containing child pornography was found in their home. A victim as young as eight-months was on the video tapes.
WHAT: Is expected to enter a guilty plea for all 60 counts and be sentenced to 50 years to life.
