WHAT: Is scheduled for arraignment on charges of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, child abuse and endangerment, driving under the influence causing bodily injury, and driving with blood alcohol .08% or more causing bodily injury for the August 8, 2006, car crash on the 73 toll road that resulted in the death of her 6-year-old son.
