WHO: Daniel Guerra, 20, of Dana Point.
WHAT: Set to be arraigned on two counts of raping an 81-year-old woman in her home in Dana Point. He is also charged with first degree residential burglary, kidnapping to commit a sex offense, and a misdemeanor charge of injuring a utility line.
