WHO: John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 39, of Long Beach.
WHAT: Set to be arraigned on charges of murder for taking part in the killing of Thomas and Jackie Hawks. The Hawks were living on their 55-foot yacht “Well Deserved” in Newport Beach when they went missing. They had recently advertised the boat for sale in several yacht magazines. Co-defendants Skylar Deleon, Alonso Machain, and Myron Gardner, Sr. will be arraigned on April 15, 2005 in H2 of the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
