WHAT: Preliminary hearing to discuss the evidence linking the defendants to the deaths of Thomas and Jackie Hawks. The Hawks were living on their 55-foot yacht “Well Deserved” in Newport Beach when they went missing on November 15, 2004. Senior Deputy District Attorney Matt Murphy is prosecuting this case.
