MEDIA ADVISORY
WHO: Daniel James Farinholt, 44, of Lake Forest.
WHAT: Court appearance to answer to charges of molesting a young girl in October of 1999. Farinholt was located on a bench warrant in Boise, Idaho on January 18, 2005. He had been missing since May 2002. Deputy District Attorney Beth Costello in the Sexual Assault unit has been assigned to prosecute the case.
WHEN: Monday, January 24, 2005, at 9AM in department S2.
