WHO: Jason Victor Bautista, 22, of Riverside.
WHAT: Set to be sentenced for the 2003 murder of his mother. Bautista strangled his mother Jane and then cut her hands and head off before dumping the body along the Ortega Highway. Senior Deputy District Attorney Mike Murray in the Homicide unit prosecuted the case.
