WHO: American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) v. Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Tony Rackauckas and Orange Police Department (OPD) Chief Robert Gustafson
WHAT: The OCDA and OPD will defend a lawsuit against the OCDA filed by the ACLU. The ACLU is suing to enjoin the OCDA from enforcing gang injunctions in defense of gang member rights.
