WHO: Andrew Thomas Gallo, 23, San Gabriel
WHAT: Will be sentenced for murdering three people, including a Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim baseball player, and injuring a fourth victim in an early morning car crash while driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of .19 percent. The victims will have an opportunity to make victim impact statements at the hearing.
