WHO: Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Tony Rackauckas, Anaheim Police Department (APD), and the victim’s attorney
WHAT: Will hold a news conference tomorrow to discuss charges being filed against Angela Diaz for kidnapping, false imprisonment, perjury, forgery, grand theft, falsely reporting crimes to APD, and framing her husband’s ex-fiancée, causing the victim to serve jail time after being arrested and charged.
WHEN: Tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. and embargoed copies of the complaint, news release, and visuals will be made available.
WHERE: First floor law library, OCDA’s Office, 401 Civic Center Drive W., Santa Ana
Deputy District Attorney Rick Zimmer of the Sexual Assault Unit is prosecuting this case.
