WHO: Anita Judith Spriggs, 65, Anaheim
WHAT: To be arraigned for attempted murder with enhancements for the personal discharge of a firearm causing great bodily injury. Spriggs is accused of shooting her neighbor in the shoulder after a dispute over the trimming of bushes in the victim’s back yard. She faces a maximum sentence of 34 years to life if convicted.
