WHO: Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Chief of Staff Susan Kang Schroeder
WHAT: Will be speaking with KFI’s Bill Carroll about the defense audio tape released by defense attorney John Barnett in the OCDA case against two police officers from the Fullerton Police Department (FPD) for their criminal participation in the beating-death of a homeless man, 37-year-old Kelly Thomas. Officer Manuel Ramos, 38, is charged with one felony count of second degree murder and one felony count of involuntary manslaughter. Corporal Jay Cicinelli, 40, is charged with one felony count of involuntary manslaughter and one felony count of the use of excessive force.
