WHO: David Michael Bruce, 68, Anaheim
WHAT: Defendant Bruce was found deceased in his home this morning and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the case against him. Bruce was facing eight felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14 and two felony counts of lewd acts on a child age 14 or 15, and closing arguments for his 11-day trial were scheduled to begin this morning.
