WHAT: Was brought back today from Arizona to Orange County on charges of one felony count of murder with a sentencing enhancement for the personal use of a deadly weapon. It is expected that Pinski will be arraigned tomorrow.
WHEN: Arraignment tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
