WHO: Douglas John A. Mackenzie, 34
WHAT: Will appear in court today after the Orange County District Attorney filed a Sexually Violent Predator petition to have Mackenzie civilly committed Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011.
Mackenzie is a violent, convicted sex offender who recently finished serving his 10-year sentence after he pleaded guilty Jan. 15, 2010, to sexually assaulting a male minor over the course of several years.
