WHO: Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas

 

WHAT: Will hold a press conference to warn the community that convicted serial child molester, George Joseph England, is scheduled to be released from prison on March 12, 2010, after only serving just over three years in state prison. England spent 29 years as a fugitive after being found guilty of sexually assaulting three female children. He also molested a victim for 11 years, whom he purchased from her mother in Vietnam in the 1970s and claimed was his adopted daughter.

 

NOTE: In an effort to alert the community about the danger posed by England, the victim England claimed was his adopted daughter has decided to reveal her identity to the public for the first time. A 45-minute video of the victim describing her experience and the crimes committed against her will be available tomorrow.
