WHO: Gerard Frank Cellette, 51, Anoka County, Minnesota
WHAT: Pleaded guilty, to a court offer, to 27 felony counts of using an untrue statement in the purchase and sale of a security, 46 felony counts of selling unregistered securities, 382 felony counts of money laundering with sentencing enhancements and allegations for property damage over $3.2 million, money laundering transactions in excess of $2.5 million, aggravated white collar crime over $500,000, and causing over $100,000 loss. He is expected to be sentenced to 35 years in state prison tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in Department C-40, Central Justice Center, Santa Ana.
