WHO: Human trafficking survivor Oree Freeman, Orange County Deputy District Attorney Kelly Manley of the HEAT Unit, Sgt. Juan Reveles of the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF), Orangewood Foundation Program Manager Jim Carson, Senior Social Services Supervisor Nicole Strattman, and Veronica Stephens, the Founder and President of the Action Force Network
WHAT: Will speak at a town hall meeting on human trafficking in Orange County for residents to learn about what it is, how to recognize the signs, what to do if you suspect it, and how to help the victims. The meeting is being presented by California State Senator Pat Bates, City of Laguna Niguel Councilmember Elaine Gennawey, and the Laguna Niguel Women’s Club.
