WHO: Illario Niko Johnson, 18
WHAT: Is accused of participating in the disturbance in downtown Huntington Beach on Main Street that occurred July 28, 2013. Johnson is accused setting fire to a box of catalogs in the street and is charged with one felony count of arson of another’s property, and one misdemeanor count each of inciting riots, participating in a rout and unlawful assembly, and refusal to disperse. The People will be requesting bail be set at $20,000 at his arraignment. If convicted, he faces a sentencing ranging from probation up to three years in state prison.
