WHO: Juan Jesus Martinez, 56, Laguna Niguel
WHAT: Will be arraigned following an arrest by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for possession of weapons and potentially explosive devices. Martinez was charged today with one felony count each of intent to unlawfully make a destructive device, possession of a destructive device in/near private habitation, possession of a machine gun, and possession of an assault weapon. He faces one misdemeanor count each of domestic battery with corporal injury and injuring a wireless device with intent to prevent a crime report. If convicted, Martinez faces a sentence ranging from probation up to eight years and four months in state prison.
WHEN: Tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014. The time is to be determined.
