WHO: Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Tony Rackauckas
WHAT: Will hold a news conference with representatives from the Buena Park Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation to announce the extradition of Roger Alan Giese, 43, who fled the country in 2007 before facing trial for sexually assaulting a young boy over the course of several years.
