WHAT: Two fugitives, Gabriel Melendez, 37, and Daniel Rojas, 27, are now featured on the Orange County District Attorney’s Most Wanted list. Melendez has been a fugitive for 18 years and is wanted for murder. Rojas failed to appear in court for jury trial on attempted murder charges and has been a fugitive for three years.
