WHO: Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Tony Rackauckas
WHAT: OCDA will present an ordinance to require annual registration of alcohol, narcotic, and drug abuse treatment programs with the Orange County Health Care Agency, to promote the coordination of substance abuse prevention efforts within the County and to protect the vulnerable population in need of such services.
“An Ordinance of the County of Orange, California Adding Division 14, Article 1 to Title 4 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Orange Regarding Registration of Alcohol, Narcotic, and Drug Abuse Programs” will be heard for consideration at the Orange County Board of Supervisors (BOS) meeting.
