WHO: Paul Marshal Curry, 54, Salina, KS
WHAT: Will be arraigned on one felony count of special circumstances murder for financial gain with a sentencing enhancement for murder by poisoning. If convicted, the defendant faces a minimum sentence of life in state prison without the possibility of parole. Curry was arrested in Kansas Nov. 9, 2010, for the 1994 poisoning-murder of his wife in San Clemente and was extradited back to Orange County yesterday, Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010.
