WHAT: The preliminary hearing in the case involving the beating-death of 37-year-old Kelly Thomas on July 5, 2011, by Fullerton Police Department Officers Ramos and Cicinelli concluded today, May 9, 2012. The case has been bound over for trial on all charges and the defendants will be arraigned on the information at their next court date.
