WHO:  67, Westminster

WHAT: Pleaded guilty to one felony count of perjury by declaration, one felony count of aid by misrepresentation, one felony count of grand theft by public housing fraud, and admitted sentencing enhancement allegations for taking over $50,000 and aggravated white collar crime over $100,000. Thang Ly was sentenced to 289 days in county jail and four years of formal probation.
