A hotline and complaint form are available through the Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) regarding the lawsuit against Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

 

Citizens and consumers wishing to leave a comment can call the OCDA at (714) 347-0515.

 

A “Toyota Sudden Acceleration Form” is available for consumers to report defects in their Toyota and Lexus brand vehicles on the home page of the OCDA website at www.orangecountyda.com.
