WHO: California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner, Deputy Director of the Medical Board of California Kimberly Kirchmeyer, a representative of the Franchise Tax Board, and Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas.  

 

WHAT: Will hold a press conference on the arrest of three medical doctors involved in the Unity Outpatient Surgery Center scheme; doctors accused of performing over 1,000 unnecessary surgical procedures and fraudulently billing over $30,500,000 dollars from medical insurance companies.
