WHO: Dr. Michael Chan, Dr. Mario Rosenberg, and Dr. William Hampton, Jr.

 

WHAT: Will be arraigned on charges of performing over 1,000 unnecessary surgical procedures and fraudulently billing over $30,500,000 dollars from medical insurance companies.
