OCDA HOSTS INFORMATION BOOTH AT CINCO DE MAYO FESTIVAL THIS WEEKEND TO CELEBRATE MEXICAN HERITAGE

 

SANTA ANA – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) is proud to participate in the 10th Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration this Sunday, May 3, 2009, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. This family festival will be held in downtown Santa Ana on 4th between Main Street and Sycamore Street.

 

The 2009 Cinco de Mayo Celebration is in honor of Mexican heritage and pride and will feature live music and performances, games and prizes, food, art and culture vendors, and exhibitors from local business, government, and law enforcement agencies.

 

The OCDA Government and Community Relations Unit will host booth #76 and will be speaking with visitors and handing out information in English and Spanish about the criminal justice system, victims’ rights, domestic violence, fraud, and identity theft.

 

The OCDA booth is sponsored by Miniondas Newspaper.
