OCDA ISSUES OFFICER-INVOLVED SHOOTING REPORT
SANTA ANA, Calif. – Orange County District Attorney (OCDA) Todd Spitzer released the investigation findings and legal conclusions of the Costa Mesa Police Department (CMPD) non-fatal officer-involved shooting of Bradley Montgomery. It was determined there was no criminal conduct by responding law enforcement officers from CMPD in relation to this incident.

There is no relevant video or audio evidence to release.
On Dec. 18, 2018, the OCDA filed a criminal complaint against Montgomery in Orange County Superior Court Case Number 18WM17075, accusing him of Prowling, a misdemeanor. On Feb. 19, 2019, Montgomery pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 days in Orange County Jail.
