On June 19, 2007 at approximately 1:45 a.m., an intoxicated Castro is accused of being kicked out of the Slide Bar in Fullerton after becoming belligerent toward the bar manager and doorman.  While standing out in the parking lot, Castro is accused of approaching the open window of a car where two women were seated and tugging on the seatbelt of the woman in the driver’s seat.  The passenger got out of the car and Castro is accused of attacking her. He is accused of grabbing her, pulling her hair, and repeatedly punching her. Several bystanders helped to hold the defendant down until Fullerton Police officers arrived.
