ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY ANNOUNCES NEW SPOKESPERSON

 

SANTA ANA – Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas has announced that he has hired Farrah Emami to serve as the new District Attorney Spokesperson.

Ms. Emami comes to the District Attorney’s office after working as the Communications Director for the Van Weide Group, an Orange County based non-profit management company.  In this role, she served as the Assistant Executive Director for numerous non-profit organizations, including the Southern California American Marketing Association.  Ms. Emami is also a former White House intern, having worked in the Office of Communications in production and planning.  Farrah is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.

Ms. Emami was selected as the District Attorney Spokesperson out of more than 100 applicants after three rounds of interviews and a skills test.  She will be working in the newly established Public Affairs Unit under Susan Kang Schroeder who will assist the District Attorney on the matter.
