WHO: Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer, actor Sung Kang of Fast & Furious media franchise, Pat Harbrecht, widow of veteran Orange County Register editor Gene Harbrecht, who was killed in an illegal street race in 2020, Lili Trujillo Puckett, who founded Street Racing Kills in 2014 after her 16-year-old daughter Valentina was killed by a young man who was street racing and crashed after giving her a ride home, and California Highway Patrol Westminster Area Commander Denise Soffa.
