REQUEST FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
SANTA ANA – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) is seeking the public’s help identifying any witnesses to an incident involving a male citizen, 37-year-old Kelly Thomas, and officers from the Fullerton Police Department. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. on July 5, 2011, at the Fullerton bus depot at 123 S. Pomona Avenue in the City of Fullerton.
Anyone with information or who believes they are a witness is asked to contact District Attorney Investigator Stan Berry at (714) 347-8813.
To protect the integrity of the investigation, the OCDA will not release any information regarding the investigation until it is completed. The media and public will be notified at that time and the investigative findings and legal conclusions will be available at www.orangecountyda.com.
