SANTA ANA, Calif. – A senior center volunteer was charged today for committing lewd acts on a 10-year-old girl.

Circumstances of the Case

  • At the time of the crimes, Ramirez was a volunteer at the Southwest Senior Center in Santa Ana.
  • On July 6, 2018, the defendant is accused of committing lewd acts upon 10-year-old Jane Doe.
  • Witnesses reported to Jane Doe’s parents. Ramirez is accused of fleeing the scene.
  • Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) investigated this case. SAPD later identified and arrested the defendant on Aug 24, 2018.
