THREE CHARGED IN SCAMS FOR FRAUDULENTLY

PROMISING CITIZENSHIP AND WORK PERMITS TO
UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS

 

SANTA ANA – Three defendants have been charged with conducting separate immigration fraud schemes in Santa Ana and are being held on $1 million bail. Defendant Cortez is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow, Friday, February 23, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Department C-5, Central Justice Center, Santa Ana. Arraignment dates for Friend and Hanna are pending.
